  1. Seafood Mac & Cheese 
    cold water shrimp, bacon, jalapeno, three cheeses in a bechamel cheese sauce 
  2. Beef Stroganoff
    tender beef strips, mushrooms, noodles in a rich creamy gravy 
DESSERT: 
S'more Cheesecake 
toasted marshmallows, graham cracker crumble & callebaut chocolate glaze

  1. Vegetarian Power Bowl 
    quinoa, roasted sweet potato, broccoli, cauliflower, fried chick peas, and snow peas
  2. Slow Braised Short Rib Tagliatelle
    with onion, carrot, celery, and pea shoots in a rich tomato based gravy

Vegan Chocolate Decedence Cake
