We're easy to find. From either Victoria or Nanaimo we're a 35-45 minute drive.

Travelling from Victoria, head north on the Trans Canada Highway (#1). Just 2km beyond Mill Bay, turn right on Hutchinson Road and follow the signs for another 2km.

Or, if you are coming from Nanaimo, take the Trans Canada Highway south. Just 12km south of Duncan, turn left on Hutchinson Road and follow the signs.

You'll be greeted at the gates by a security attendant who will direct you to our Sales and Information Centre in the Village. Our show homes and sales office are open every day.
